Social commerce is a subset of electronic commerce that involves using social media, online media that supports social interaction, and user contributions to assist in the online buying and selling of products and services. (From wiki) The usual one is group purchase which have to be bought over the specific number of people. If the number is not enough, people can't get discount. We can buy not only goods but also vouchers for restaurant, accommodations, concerts and so on.
